Capacity:

*Printing capacity is unlimited within the scheduled service window and limited only by session time. Typical print rates are approximately 75 prints per hour for 5x7 photos; 8x10 prints require additional processing time. Insta-print prioritizes quality portraits for every guest. While we aim to photograph as many guests as possible, factors such as group size, prop usage, and additional posing time may affect the total number of portraits captured. Typically, our photo booths capture 30–40 portraits per hour, producing about 75 prints per hour. For example, a high capacity 3-hour event may produce 200-300 prints.

  • A: We recommend a minimum area of 10x15 feet for the photo booth. However, more space ensures greater guest comfort and smoother flow. Please consider guest mobility and ease of access when selecting a location.

  • A: Yes, with some limitations. The photo booth cannot operate under conditions of rain, excessive wind, or direct sunlight. Please communicate your outdoor location plans clearly when booking. We highly recommend having an indoor backup plan in case of inclement weather.

  • A: Yes, we require access to at least one standard 120V power outlet within 50 feet of the planned booth location.

  • A: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the photo booth. The remaining balance is due three days before your event date. You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your event to receive a refund, minus the $100 deposit.

  • A: Insta-Print proudly serves events throughout the Columbia Gorge and the greater Portland area.

  • A: Typically, we arrive at your venue 2 hours before your event starts for setup and remain for approximately 1 hour after the event ends for takedown. For example, if the Insta-Print photo booth operates from 6 PM to 9 PM, our team will be onsite from 4 PM to 10 PM.

  • We exclusively use Canon equipment, and each event setup is customized to meet your venue's specific needs. We provide all necessary items, including lighting, tables, backgrounds, and more. Once you book, we'll gather all the details about your venue to ensure the perfect setup.

  • Yes, we sure can! depending on what we have on hand, we may require an additional charge. Make sure to ask us when you reach out.
